In the event of an IRS audit or inquiry related to the filed Form 941X(s), our subcontracted qualified lawyers will represent you before the Internal Revenue Service. They will handle all communications, respond to inquiries, and provide the necessary documentation to support your ERTC claim.
ERCMaxCredit may, at its discretion, subcontract the services provided under these Terms to qualified lawyers or certified public accountants (CPAs). The subcontractors shall be bound by confidentiality obligations and maintain the same level of professionalism and expertise as ERCMaxCredit.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services provided by ERCMaxCredit shall be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, binding arbitration, as described below:
If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. Each party will bear its own costs, and the parties will share the cost of the professional mediator equally.
